GOOD GAME PLZ UPDATE

A ça de finir à + de 1000HP

Bien que je sache que tu es très pris sur Pokepath, j'aimerais te proposer d'intégrer un timer, si c'est pas trop relou à faire :)

Ce serait plutôt cool

about to clear with Marowak without taking any damage xD,,,wish there was an achievement for this

Been loving this game! Best one I found was Marill, managed to beat all areas with it. Disarming Voice and Draining Kiss are op when combined with X special.

i don't think toxic orb is functioning properly

(-2)

everything i have is gone in poke path and this game

Whats up with shiny encounters I found 2 so far

I didn't take a screenshot, but Riolu with the drain attack, the heal, and the attack-boosting moves is op, especially if you have pokeballs (trap ball?) and items that raise attack/AP even more.

Btw, I love the game, though sometimes, it would just crash and reset all my progress for no reason.

tip use mawile its like the one i almost beat the game

one time ho-oh staked 97 burns on me 10/10

Sacred Fire gives 99 stacks of burn in a single move.

I love this game

Hola, hay algun plan de hacer este juego descargable?

I genuinely don't think you can have a better run.

Looks like Bone Club+ is dealing more damage than it's claiming it should.

I'm not able to correctly play it on mobile version. The issue is that the screen doesn't rotate, so I have the screen without part of the information. I try it on a couple of browsers, I don't now if it's an issue of my phone or an issue on every phone. I didn't have the same problem with pokepath, because on that game the screen autorotate. The game looks so cool and I would love to play it on my phone, but I understand that it might be hard to fix.

I made an account, literally to say this. I've spent the last 2 weeks playing all 3 of your games. All spectacular in their own ways. I know it can feel like some are more underwhelming than others, or don't stand up to your quality now,  but I think you should keep it up. It shows a progression of your skill, and this game is still an absolute blast with a ton of content! You have a gift. Between Pokepath, Lithic Veil, and this? I can't wait to see what you make in the future!!

I really can't stress how good this game is. The concept alone is fantastic. Same with Lithic Veil. I can't stop playing either of these, and I'm just shiny hunting everything in Path at this point. Seriously, your games are killer. I only with you could increase the size of the window with this one.

same here, nice job bud

Primer intento con Riolu y el curarte mientras le destrozas el alma al enemigo es una estrategia muy buena

how do evolve i have woon with marril and mawile but nada, also it feel impossible to win a run if the pokemon doesnt get a heal early on

(1 edit) (+1)

You got to get a certain item in the shop for each pokemon to evolve them. Rolu needs the soothe bell, Marilyn needs the fresh water, cacnea needs the soft sand, Cubone needs thick club, sewllow needs sliver wing, and crogunk needs black sludge. Everything else needs what you would use to evolve them in the main series.

how evolved the others pokemon?

rachu needs a thunder stone and scyther needs a metal coat.

area 5/9 died because I was gonna drain punch one last time to get some hp </3

Solid game

(1 edit) (+1)

okay, but why cap resistance, thats shits hard to get as is. For shuckle in particular, you could make it so it stays capped at 50% for damage resistance, yet still let it grow for damage w/ abilities that care

i almost beated teh game EHGHHH

Make it downloadable pls. And yeah - a great game, i really like it and lythic vail too :) Ty

Hi!
I've been having a lot of fun with this game, thanks!

Minor bit of feedback, may want to consider making a way to view the play area after winning/losing the game. I just lost during the final battle, the end screen came up with Defeat as the result, but I didn't catch the final hit(s) and it would have been great to be able to review what happened. (and also take a look at my final build!) Would be great to have a "View" toggle or something from the final screen.

Pokemon Tier List

Note: The best items are the gold boosting teeth, the x-items, everything that boosts crit and the -mana+resistance items. The worst items are the ones that gives a bunch of +3s and the red/blue orbs which are far too expensive.

S Tier - Free Win

Mawile - Starts with a broken signature move that gives more stats than anything else in the game. Avoid stat boosting items and go all in on economy, health, resistance and crits. You can get 100% crit change by floor 5 or so. Then you just outdamage and kill everything.

Cacnea - Can get not one, not two, but three drain moves. Need I say more? Same as above. Unkillable because you have multiple moves that heal almost your full HP bar as well as strong attacks.

A Tier - Good.

Marill - Cacnea but with lacking damage. My first run I got good items and won. My second run, I didn't see a single good damage boosting berry or item and died after 20 turns against Torterra. Basically a tutorial pokemon.

Sableye - Starts with Shadow Ball and Power-Up Punch. Learns Shadow Ball (again) and Shadow Claw. SPE is such a terrible stat there's never a reason to use it. ATK and SPATK.

Sneasel - Another crit pokemon. 100% easily. Kill everything with Shadow Claw. You can one or two turn bosses easily.

Scyther - Sneasel but has buff moves instead of Shadow Claw. Worse over all but Fury Cutter is great. Much slower fights but still consistent. You really want a Shell Bell though.

Croagunk - Ignore poison, get crit and strong physical moves. Win.

B Tier - Solid.

Taillow - One of the rare SPATK pokemon. The roost double team combo isn't as good as Marill or Cacnea but is great combined with strong attacking moves. Get a shell bell and you'll win 100% of the time.

Riolu - Surprisingly, not many great special moves. I was waiting for them to show up and they never did. Just run physical attacks and it's an okay pokemon.

C Tier - Bad

Pikachu - The most confusing pokemon imo. I had no clue what to build into. I still don't. Just pick the best items you get and if you end up using all three stats, that's okay. Ignore the charge gimmick because it's useless. By the end of my run, I'd get 10 charges every two turns or so, which compared to the 15 energy per turn I get was useless.

Cubone - A better debuff than poison, but still terrible. Ignore the debuff and get physical moves. Lower ranked than Croagunk because while the debuff is better, available attacks are worse.

F Tier - Shuckle tier.

Shuckle - Starts with three garbage moves and Wrap. Curl upgraded is okay. Its best ATK move is Headbutt but Shell Smash gives headbutt +2 damage. Resistance is a terrible stat. I got an early x-attack and that wasn't enough. The only pokemon I couldn't win with.

(1 edit) (+1)

I have to disagree with shuckles placement. Turns out frailty doesn't go away like poison does so struggle bug is actually really good increasing chuckles damage. Combine that with steamroller defence curl and shuckle's vast array of resistance based damage moves and you got your self a pretty decent mon. I also recommend investing a lot in hp to get as much frailty as you want before hitting hard.

(+1)

I did another runs with Shuckle.

1. Rock Smash, Iron Defense, Steel Roller, Dig

I abused x-attack, shell bell and leftovers and got really good items to consistently max resistance. I also upgraded Rock Smash and Defense Curl early which carried the whole run.

Boss 8 was Dialga. By the end, I had 30 frails and even my pokes did 96 base. Boss 9 was Deoxys, and it was about the same.

Sure, I won this time, but it felt a lot worse than other pokemon. The +2 AP, +2 MP and bonus attack were barely enough to get through early game even with x-attack. The end was also much slower than other runs. I'd compare this to my Sneasel run, where Shadow Claws were doing 250-ish on turn 1 iirc. Even with 30+ frail, that's nothing.

I'd probably move Shuckle from F tier to low B tier, but only with Rock Smash. Frail is a terrible strat. Even if you get to 50+ frail that's not a lot of damage, and a lot of wasted time setting up.

noted can't expect every one to have the same preferences I think my moves were steam-roller, rest iron head, and power gem. Struggle bug+ only costs 2 and I got really lucky  and managed to get the soothe bell mid way through the run which is pretty much a free lock jaw after every battle you win. I think I might have also had the leak but I'm not sure.

If I close the website, my progress is not saved. I use Brave. Is there anything I can do?

(+2)

Fun game. Kinda unbalanced though.

Marill and Cacnea are very strong and heals are overpowered. I beat Marill with no upgrades first try. You outheal any damage you take. The shell bell is great for that reason, but it's much harder to complete a run without any source of heals.

Every single run that I've won - 6 so far - has been because of the teeth item which costs 90ish and can give that much money in a single fight. It is by far the most important item.

The other items that make runs a lot easier are shell bell, x-items, and pure stat boosting items. Crit is the only buff that matters - I had a croagunk run with all poison items and upgraded moves and it still didn't deal any damage. The cubone debuff is also trash. The best build is pure damage and heals, and crits if possible.

I also have no idea how to evolve pokemon. I got Raichu by thunder stone and got Marowak and Cacturn somewhere along the way, but I have completed runs on other pokemon that didn't evolve.

How to download

How do i use items im confused?

they're just buffs. not actual consumables

(+1)

don't let nintendo find this

Heyy i just started playing this game and i cant seem to find the controls for using an item in your inventory(?) For example, when i choose a berry and then try to klick or drag it somewhere it doesnt work at all, did i miss something? Are they auto-use?

They are stat modifiers, and do not act as usable items

PLAYNG AS MAWIALE, I FOUND A BUG WERE "ASTONISH +" WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS "ASTONISH"

Ran into a bug with sableye

What do I use gold on?

buying items when shops appear

(1 edit)

Fancy game!
I, uh, I'm not sure how tf did I get here but ended up with a flash cannon fairy wind run on Mawile, a primarily physical pokemon, lmao.

An option to display your final stats and movesets individual from the screen would be nice though

why theres no pokeball to catch it

you can only use the pokemon you selected. this game is more of a gauntlet than anything

I've played all 3 games so far and while I love them all, there's something special about this one! Please continue working on it, I hope to see a downloadable version maybe someday!

Although I totally don't mind playing this via browser, it's fun either way!
